Medical/Optical Office Supervisor

Managing the operations for a busy medical office. Ability to travel to other offices

Medical/Optical Office Supervisor Benefits and Qualifications:

·       2–4 years’ experience working in a physician office in a supervisory role

·       Knowledge of healthcare regulations.

·       Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

·       Ability to interpret reporting to effectively manage the office.

Medical/Optical Office Supervisor Responsibilities:

·       The Office Supervisor improves patient satisfaction and contributes to the company growth and development. 

·       Manage staff scheduling, cash reconciliation and operational checks and balances. 

·       Maintains efficient registration, patient flow and check out procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and center productivity. 

·       Provides monthly reporting. Makes recommendations and follow-up actions / assist with strategic planning and resource allocation.
