We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts for 30+ units, initially focusing on a single concept with plans to expand across multiple brands. This role will drive digital marketing, social media strategy, and Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives. The position requires 60% travel and is based in Atlanta, with remote or hybrid options for the right candidate.
Marketing Director Key Responsibilities:
· Lead marketing strategy for a single restaurant brand, with future plans to oversee multiple concepts
· Manage digital and social media marketing to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
· Oversee Local Store Marketing (LSM) efforts and coordinate promotions at various locations
· Travel up to 60% to support marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency
Marketing Director Qualifications:
· 5+ years in senior marketing, in multi-unit full service restaurant setting
· Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and Local Store Marketing (LSM)
· Experience working with group sales teams
· Collaborative – Strong project management and communication skills
· Data driven & strategic; strong analytical skills to assess ROI and adjust campaigns
