As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a vital role in team building, cost control, and kitchen production within a culture that values empathy and culinary excellence. Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

  • Effectively control labor and food costs to maximize profitability
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team with empathy and strong communication
  • Ensure strict adherence to existing recipes and menu standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment following all health and safety regulations
  • Hold current ServSafe certification and demonstrate allergen awareness to ensure guest safety

Kitchen Manager Requirements

  • Proven experience in kitchen management with a strong focus on cost control and team leadership
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards
