Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • P&L responsibilities 
  • Lead, develop and coach your team
  • Quality and cost control
  • Create a supportive and growth-oriented environment for our team members
  • Build a strong team 
  • Run the restaurant as your own

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of fast-casual or full-service GM experience
  • Proficient in both the front of the house as well as the back
  • Great team-building skills
  • Must have a proven track record of sales building, people development, and community interaction
  • Must be a hands-on type who loves to lead their staff each and every day.
