Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

P&L responsibilities
Lead, develop and coach your team
Quality and cost control
Create a supportive and growth-oriented environment for our team members
Build a strong team
Run the restaurant as your own

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

3-5 years of fast-casual or full-service GM experience
Proficient in both the front of the house as well as the back
Great team-building skills
Must have a proven track record of sales building, people development, and community interaction
Must be a hands-on type who loves to lead their staff each and every day.
