Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Sales building

  • Lead/develop your staff
  • Create, build, and maintain a diverse team, while fostering an inclusive environment

Restaurant Manager Requirement:

  • Friendly, guest oriented with an understanding of how to create an atmosphere of Southern Hospitality
  • Alcohol service certification
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Great Team building skills
  • RECENT experience from fast casual or casual dining
  • Must have a proven track record of sales building, people development, and community interaction
  • Must be a hands-on type that loves to lead their staff every day.
