What You’ll Do

  • Client Assistance: Guide clients through the loan process, from evaluation to application completion, ensuring their financial goals are met.
  • Relationship Building: Foster lasting connections with clients by delivering exceptional service and tailored loan solutions.
  • Financial Analysis: Review financial documents, perform credit evaluations, and ensure loan applicants meet the necessary qualifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters to secure loan approvals, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  • Lead Generation: Expand your pipeline by networking, building referrals, and seeking new business opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Demonstrated success as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan products, policies, and industry guidelines.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on building trust.
  • Technology: Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM systems.
  • Licensing: Active NMLS license required.
  • Work Ethic: Attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
