General Manager – What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing restaurant team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Drive restaurant performance, ensuring outstanding guest experiences through coaching, development, and service excellence.
  • Manage budgeting, inventory, labor costs, and financial performance, using data-driven decision-making to optimize results.
  • Create a culture of excellence, where team members feel valued, respected, and motivated to grow.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, compliance with health and safety regulations, and seamless day-to-day execution.
  • Adapt and problem-solve in real-time, making quick, strategic decisions to enhance restaurant success.

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant.
  • Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, labor management, and cost control.
  • A passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction.

  • A solutions-oriented mindset, able to make strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
