We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and repair operations at our Chicago facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and developing a skilled maintenance team.

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of maintenance experience in steel or heavy industry manufacturing
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with CMMS, CAD software (mechanical), or PLC programming (electrical) required
- Oversee and improve maintenance operations, ensuring equipment uptime
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering technical growth and safety practices
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-temperature environments
