Chef de Cuisine Requirements:

4+ years of Michelin experience is a must!
Fluent in prefix menu execution
Creative, passionate, and high attention to detail
Effective communication skills and the ability to lead
Strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:

Maintaining food cost
Ability to teach a winning crew flawless menu execution
Oversee service and expediting from the line
Expert in using knives and all cooking equipment for preparation
Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
