Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience finding and building a team of employees with a people-first culture
  • Develop the team and provide paths for growth within the company
  • Establish and build community relations
  • Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment
