Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
- Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience finding and building a team of employees with a people-first culture
- Develop the team and provide paths for growth within the company
- Establish and build community relations
- Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment
