Director of Banquets Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role
- Luxury resort or hotel experience preferred
- Collaborative leadership style to foster team success
- Oversee event logistics and adhere to timelines
- Conduct regular department meetings to ensure alignment
- Prepare and manage the annual banquet budget
