Our client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to work with semiconductor customers in the Boise, ID area.

Field Service Engineer – Semiconductor Benefits:

  • Must be able to travel to South Korea for a 4-week training program
  • Company travel reimbursement (no company car)

Field Service Engineer – Semiconductor Responsibilities:

  • Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) tool Equipment Installation & Maintenance:
    • Install and set up equipment at customer sites
    • Perform routine PMs
    • Conduct system upgrades and modifications, as needed.
    • Troubleshooting & Repair
    • Lead complex troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
    • Analyzes and improves system performance using advanced diagnostic techniques
    • Perform RCA and implement corrective actions
  • Provide technical assistance, training and guidance to customers
  • Maintain service logs, reports and documentation

Field Service Engineer – Semiconductor Qualifications:

  • BS Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • 4-7 years’ Experience with semiconductor equipment or in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)
