A dynamic, growing full-service business law firm in South Metro Denver is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its thriving Corporate Law practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a focus on corporate services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a strong foundation in corporate matters and transactions.

Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, structuring, and governance
• Draft and review operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents
• Manage equity purchase and sale transactions
• Conduct corporate governance activities and oversee contract drafting and review
• Meet monthly and annual billing targets
• Foster new client relationships and referrals to drive business development

Corporate Attorney Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and governance
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow
• Excellent research, drafting, and legal writing skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
