A dynamic, growing full-service business law firm in South Metro Denver is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its thriving Corporate Law practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a focus on corporate services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a strong foundation in corporate matters and transactions.
Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, structuring, and governance
- Draft and review operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents
- Manage equity purchase and sale transactions
- Conduct corporate governance activities and oversee contract drafting and review
- Meet monthly and annual billing targets
- Foster new client relationships and referrals to drive business development
Corporate Attorney Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and governance
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow
- Excellent research, drafting, and legal writing skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
