This role involves overseeing structural engineering design and analysis, interpreting design codes, preparing construction documents, and performing construction observation. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with the ability to guide technical teams, ensure project accuracy from conception to completion, and personally deliver high-quality final construction deliverables.

Structural Engineer Project Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Florida Professional Engineering (PE) license (required)
- 7–10 years of progressive structural engineering experience
- Proficiency with Revit and structural design software
- Strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills
Structural Engineer Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability
- Serve as primary client contact and strengthen client relationships
- Supervise and mentor structural engineering staff
- Direct preparation of reports, specifications, and construction documents
- Perform structural design, analysis, and construction observation
- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project accuracy
