Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for both hospitality and marketing? We’re looking for an Offsite Catering & Restaurant Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving revenue through innovative catering sales and impactful marketing strategies. If you're highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to take our catering operations and brand to new heights, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute catering sales strategies to generate revenue.
  • Manage offsite catering events, ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to craft exceptional catering menus.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive restaurant traffic and catering bookings.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, event planners, and local businesses.
  • Lead social media, email marketing, and promotions to boost brand visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign success to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in catering sales, event planning, or restaurant marketing.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and create compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in catering logistics, digital marketing, and client relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
