Senior Real Estate Attorney – Partner Benefits & Compensation:
- Competitive base salary up to 200k (based on experience)

Senior Real Estate Attorney – Partner Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of current relevant experience
- JD required
- Barred in Colorado
- Ability to attain and build new business relationships
- Willingness to grow, lead, and mentor a practice group, including establishing team policies and procedures
- Experience in commercial acquisitions and dispositions, including title and survey review, negotiations, easement agreements, and commercial leasing. Knowledgeable in land use, multi/planned use development, and entitlement work.
- Proficient in drafting covenants, commercial development agreements, construction agreements, and secured real estate financing agreements.
- Book of business preferred
