Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing high-volume restaurants
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop large front-of-house teams
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working within structured systems and processes
- Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication
- Demonstrated ability to maintain service standards and support operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Prior experience in upscale or high-volume hospitality groups
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems (e.g., Toast, Aloha, or similar POS platforms)
- Background in mentoring and training staff for growth and retention
- Hospitality degree or related certification a plus
