RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
- Models performance standards – primary responsibility is to coach, teach, and develop employees
- Ensures staffing levels are ideal for all volume periods
- Effectively manages and is held accountable for P&L results
- Build Revenue and Increase Sales
- Controls food cost components of the entire restaurant
- Ensures exceptional product quality
- Promotes and maintains a great working environment
- Engages with the surrounding local community
RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years in a Restaurant General Manager role
- Successful track record
- Shoulder to Shoulder Leadership Style
- A problem-solver who remains calm, friendly, and approachable
- Knowledge of P&L and All Controllables
- Developer of People
