Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

Require current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru or delivery
Solid tenure — no job hoppers
Upbeat and energetic personality, highly positive, and able to coach
Great communication skills and personal appearance
Focused on standards to deliver an outstanding speed of service, amazing food, and customer service
A desire to join an organization centered around freshness and excellence
A willingness to lead from the front and put in the time and effort to ensure excellence

Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

Base salary of $64 to $72K
No very early morning or late-night hours
Full health benefits offered with employer contribution
Performance-based bonus target of $15K
