General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

3 years in a leadership role, preferably with restaurants
Weekend availability
Experience managing a team of 20 or more
Ability to work 40–45 hours a week
Proven experience in team development
P&L experience is a plus

General Manager Responsibilities:

Mentor and developed hourly employees
Manage controllable costs, including labor and food
Role model and train for excellent guest service standards
Ability to communicate with management and team members
Maintain the standards of the company
Be an ambassador for our brand!
