Exciting Executive Chef Opportunity in Columbia, SC – Relocation Candidates Welcome!
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Chef to join our highly successful full-service concept in Columbia, SC. This growing, established group has deep roots in both Columbia and the Lowcountry, offering a unique opportunity for an experienced chef to thrive in a vibrant culinary scene.

Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar high-volume role, ideally within casual fine dining
- Scratch kitchen experience is a plus
- Proven ability to lead a team with positivity and strong communication
- Expertise in using fresh, local ingredients to create outstanding dishes
- Organized and efficient, with a passion for culinary excellence
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Ensure the production of high-quality dishes while adhering to all food safety guidelines
- Lead, coach, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
- Drive creativity with an evolving, seasonal menu that highlights local flavors
- Provide hands-on leadership in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen while maintaining high standards of efficiency
