Help us build some restaurants! We are growing and need a full-time Construction Project Coordinator on our team.
Construction Project Coordinator qualifications:
- Ability to travel to locations in San Diego
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Project Coordinator role
- Proficient managing vendor relationships
- Certification with Project Management, Bachelor degree preferred
Construction Project Manager responsibilities:
- Keep all projects on time and within budget
- Choose General Contractors and subcontractors
- Work in tandem with design and architect teams
- Site evaluation, permitting, and lease negotiations
- Work directly with owners as "Boots on the ground" for projects
