Job Responsibilities :
- Financial Acumen: Manage sales, labor, prime costs, budgeting, and ordering.
- Operational Knowledge: Understand all departments and their roles in our business model.
- Ownership Mindset: Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and represent the brand.
- Culinary Collaboration: Work with the Chef Team on initiatives, rollouts, and daily standards.
- Hospitality Focus: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, directly or through team leadership.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to maintain company standards and HR practices.
- Staff Development: Build team skills and leadership bench strength.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precision across all aspects of daily operations.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of restaurant or similar management experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work 45+ hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- ServSafe certification required.
- Knowledgeable in food and alcohol safety.
