Responsibilities:

• Craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas using our custom wood-burning oven.
• Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including handmade pastas and other specialties.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including occasional front-of-house duties.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.

Qualifications:

• 5 Year experience making Pizza
• Must be able to assist in helping customers when busy
• Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or in a similar culinary role, with a strong focus on pizza making.
• Familiarity with traditional Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Passion for food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
