We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team management. This role encompasses employee supervision, customer relations, food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, and driving financial performance. The Restaurant Manager will guide the restaurant to achieve business goals while adhering to all applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Excellence: Maintain the highest standards in food preparation, quality, cleanliness, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.
- People Development: Hire, train, mentor, and retain Assistant Managers and Crew Members, fostering an environment that supports growth and accountability.
- Work Environment: Create a positive, professional atmosphere where communication is encouraged.
- Accountability: Enforce company policies, maintain consistency with values, and promote a culture of responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking
- Preferred: Degree in Management or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience, preferably in a quick-service setting with a volume of $2M+.
- Proficiency in team training, development, and high-capacity management.
- Flexibility to work weekends and nights.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
