Restaurant District Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary of $70k-$80k
- Quarterly Bonus & Profit Sharing
- Full health benefits, 401K w/ match, PTO
- Car Allowance up to $500/month
- Cell phone reimbursement
Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:
- 3+ years in multi-unit restaurant management
- Strong business acumen and financial management
- Engaging team leader with enthusiasm for mentoring others
- Effectively communicate and hold managers accountable to company objectives and brand standards
- Hire, train, and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers; proactively build bench strength
- Provide hands-on leadership & mentoring, fostering a cohesive team environment
- Ability to interpret and impact P&L performance; set budgets; financial oversight of multiple locations
