Civil Engineer (PE)-Site Development Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (PE)
- 4 – 10 years' experience as project manager or staff engineer
- Experience in Site Development / Land Development
- Experience in Utility Design, Stormwater Management
Civil Engineer (PE)-Site Development Benefits:
- Salary $85 – 130k depending on experience

Civil Engineer (PE)-Site Development
- Analyze survey, mapping and materials-testing data with computer modeling software
- Project Management
- Draw blueprints, using CAD packages
- Create engineered drawings for proposed improvements
- Ensure that engineered drawings and project solutions meet local requirements, state laws, and generally accepted engineering best management practices
- Asses construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards, and other factors in planning stages and risk analysis.
- Assess the environmental impact and risks connected to projects
- Prepare bids for vendors, and reporting to clients, public agencies and planning bodies
- Manage, direct and monitor progress during each phase of a project
- Ensure sites meet legal guidelines and health and safety requirements.
- Present findings to the public on topics such as bid proposals, environmental impact statements, or property descriptions.
- Manage the repair, maintenance, and replacement of public and private infrastructure.
- Participate in the development of proposals
