Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in restaurant operations and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building high-performing teams
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed
- 2+ years in a Full-service Restaurant Manager capacity or above
