A Luxury Resort in the Caribbean is seeking a polished Restaurant Ops Manager to lead operations. If you've been dreaming about living and working in a tropical paradise, this is the job for you!

Restaurant Ops Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to Grand Cayman in the Caribbean full-time.
  • 3 to 5 years of Restaurant Management experience in Luxury Resorts
  • Ability to pass a standard written and oral English Language exam
  • Must be willing to relocate to a remote Caribbean Island
  • Ability to perform standard back-office duties such as Liquor Ordering, Tracking Labor & Liquor Cost, Keeping Records and Permits, etc
  • Experience with cost and usage control
  • Scheduling
  • Ability to work in any F&B outlet
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to perform all physical demands of the job
  • Strong people and communication skills
