Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Regional Retail Supervisor for the area.
This person will assist in overseeing managers of 8–10 stores from an operational management perspective. Responsibilities will include Staffing, Supervising, Merchandising, Training, and General Management to ensure that the facility is performing within the guidelines of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Assist The Store Managers with Oversight of Store Operations
o Help With Hiring and Working with Staff to Accomplish Bookkeeping and Merchandise Upkeep
o Enhance Customer Satisfaction and Meet Sales Goals
o Follow And Ensure Stores Are Following Company Policies and Procedures
o Conduct Personnel Performance Reviews to Assess Training Needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
o Grocery Or Retail Experience
o Well-Written, Computer, And Verbal Communication Skills
o Self-Motivated, Dedicated, And Hard-Working.
