Regulatory Attorney – Healthcare Law Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- JD from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials
- CA bar admission.
- 1-4 years of experience in healthcare law
- Strong interest in health law and policy.
- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to provider reimbursement issues, Medicare and Medicaid appeals, audits, and internal investigations.
