Our Civil Engineering firm is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee turnkey Survey & Survey Mapping projects (including financials, safety, and quality)
- Prepare legal/easement descriptions and estimates of project requirements.
- Conduct boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys.
- Develop survey plans and construction layouts.
- Schedule field teams and ensure all project timelines are achieved,
- Work in the field as needed on a project basis and lead teams.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Field/Land Surveying.
- PLS (or PS/FS exam completion) preferred
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Total Stations, HDLS, GIS, GPS, RTS, Leica Geosystems, HW & SW preferred.
- Proficient in MS software, especially Excel required.
- Valid drivers license
