Restaurant General Manager Requirements
- 3+ years General Manager in a similiar, scratch kitchen environment.
- Strong P&L knowledge and financial acumen.
- Hands-on leadership approach.
- Love of developing a team by mentoring, coaching, teaching, and training.
- High-energy people person who leads by example.
