Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Guest satisfaction
- Builds team talent – recruits, hires, trains, and develops team and staff
- Go-Getter- Build customer base- community outreach
- Communicates and cooperates effectively with the team
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Previous AGM experience in Restaurant or Retail
- Loves to serve guests
- Steady tenures, progression – No job hoppers
- No clipboard managers
