Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and operational excellence
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and labor management to drive profitability
Conduct line checks and ensure strict food and beverage quality control
Build strong guest relationships and resolve concerns professionally
Uphold company values, policies, and training standards

Qualifications

Proven restaurant management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Tech-savvy (Toast, Ctuit, PlateIQ, Cogswell, 7shifts, Google Suite)
