Executive Chef Responsibility and Qualifications:

Manage day to day operations as a Chef
Control labor costs
Hire, train, and develop staff
Take disciplinary actions whenever necessary
Ensure consistent quality
Maintain cleanliness, food safety and a top health score
Winning personality
High volume experience. Nothing less than $15 Million .
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
