This high-impact leadership role supports multi-location operations across 5–7 Georgia restaurants! The Director of Operations in Atlanta, GA, will be a hands-on field executive responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, team development, and brand consistency across all assigned locations. The ideal candidate brings strong multi-unit QSR leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Area Director of Operations Key Responsibilities:

Oversee 5–7 restaurant locations with operational and financial accountability
Drive profitability through sales growth, labor optimization, and cost control
Analyze weekly financial performance and develop improvement action plans
Lead monthly General Manager meetings and training initiatives
Dedicate one weekend day per week to restaurant-level operational oversight

Area Director of Operations Qualifications:

7–10+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
2–5+ years in multi-unit management required
Strong P&L management, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-paced restaurant environments
Proven ability to develop and retain leadership talent
Hands-on leadership style with a strong accountability focus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant operational technology
