We're looking for a polished Restaurant Manager for a new upscale restaurant inside a National Brand Luxury Hotel, with a restaurant, rooftop lounge, and event space, in Montclair, New Jersey. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
-Operates all daily activities of the restaurant
-Maintains operational systems in place
-Trains and develops staff
-Ensures customer satisfaction
-Brings a positive attitude to work daily
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
-3 to 5 years’ prior experience from a fine dining, upscale independent or corporate concept
-Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge
-The ability to lead and develop a team
