A premier Midwest casino resort destination is launching an exciting new rooftop restaurant concept and is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the opening leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity to help open a flagship dining venue within an established resort operation while shaping service culture and guest experience from day one.

What You’ll Do

Lead Front-of-House operations for new rooftop concept
Hire, train, and develop opening service team
Establish service standards and operational routines
Drive guest satisfaction and team performance
Partner with culinary leadership to execute launch success

Ideal Background

Upscale or polished casual restaurant leadership
Fine dining or steakhouse experience preferred
Opening experience strongly preferred
Hotel, resort, or destination dining experience a plus
