A premier Midwest casino resort destination is launching an exciting new rooftop restaurant concept and is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the opening leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity to help open a flagship dining venue within an established resort operation while shaping service culture and guest experience from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Front-of-House operations for new rooftop concept
  • Hire, train, and develop opening service team
  • Establish service standards and operational routines
  • Drive guest satisfaction and team performance
  • Partner with culinary leadership to execute launch success

Ideal Background

  • Upscale or polished casual restaurant leadership
  • Fine dining or steakhouse experience preferred
  • Opening experience strongly preferred
  • Hotel, resort, or destination dining experience a plus
