Role Overview
We are a fast-growing creator commerce company expanding our U.S. operations. We are seeking an Operations Lead to build and manage the U.S. creator operations pipeline across short-form video and livestream commerce platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Creator management
- Marketplace & commerce operations
- Campaign logistics
- Performance analytics
You will work directly with the founding team and play a critical role in launching and scaling the U.S. business.
This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role with strong ownership and operational leadership responsibilities.
Operations Lead Responsibilities
1) Creator Recruitment & Operations
- Recruit and onboard short-form video and livestream creators across food, lifestyle, and travel categories
- Build and manage a structured creator database and tiering framework
- Educate creators on content formats, hooks, engagement strategies, and conversion optimization
- Manage day-to-day creator communications, campaign briefs, and scheduling
- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing creators
2) Campaign Execution
- Coordinate campaigns between creators and merchant partners (restaurants, hotels, brands)
- Prepare campaign briefs, deliverables, and posting schedules
- Ensure timely content delivery and adherence to campaign requirements
- Track posting links, uploads, and performance metrics
- Resolve communication or content issues quickly and efficiently
3) Livestream & Commerce Operations
- Support livestream planning, run-of-show structure, and affiliate integration
- Assist creators with product tagging, vouchers, and offer setup
- Monitor livestream performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Collaborate internally on offer selection, pricing, and promotional mechanics
4) Merchant & Partner Coordination
- Serve as operational liaison between creators and restaurant/hotel partners
- Coordinate creator visits and logistics
- Ensure merchant readiness (voucher setup, staff alignment, redemption workflows)
- Address operational challenges and partner feedback
5) Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including:
- Views
- Engagement
- GMV
- Conversion rate
- Identify high-performing creators and scalable content formats
- Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational efficiency
- Build repeatable playbooks for growth
6) Building Scalable Systems
- Develop SOPs, templates, and onboarding frameworks
- Design scalable processes to support growth from 50 → 500+ creators
- Partner with leadership to structure long-term U.S. operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience
- At least 1+ year within short-form video or livestream commerce ecosystems, such as:
- Creator agencies / MCNs
- Affiliate commerce operations
- Livestream agencies
- Influencer marketing agencies
- Creator commerce startups
- Strong understanding of short-form content mechanics (hooks, retention, trends, conversion)
- Experience working directly with creators/influencers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Able to manage multiple stakeholder conversations simultaneously (creators + merchants)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in affiliate or social commerce operations
- Livestream creator management experience
- Background in creator-focused agencies or commerce-driven influencer programs
- Startup or early-stage company experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, CRM platforms
- Based in Los Angeles
