A Growing Restoration company seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee mitigation and reconstruction projects from emergency response through completion. This hands-on leader will manage field crews, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Restoration Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of restoration or construction supervision experience
  • Strong background in water, fire, mold mitigation, and reconstruction
  • Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Proficiency with Xactimate and understanding of insurance claim processes
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in on-call rotation

Restoration Superintendent Preferred Background and Skills

  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FRST, etc.)
  • Experience working with insurance carriers and TPAs
  • Ability to manage residential and commercial projects
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
