We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a strong local following. This leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. General Manager Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary of $75,000 to $85,000

General Manager Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring
excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness
Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members to build a
strong, engaged culture
Drive sales growth through community involvement, local
marketing, and guest relationship building
Manage P&L performance, including labor, food cost, and
controllable expenses
Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and
compliance
Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to support operational
success
Create a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and
staff
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operating
procedures

General Manager Qualifications

3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume,
full-service or polished casual restaurant
Proven track record of managing P&L and driving
profitability
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience building culture and retaining staff in a competitive
labor market
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on leadership style with high visibility in the dining
room
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and
weekends
