Polished Restaurant Assistant General Manager QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong food and wine knowledge and a commitment to guest satisfaction and hospitality
  • Confident leader with a collaborative and inspiring approach
  • At least 3 years of management experience in a fine dining or high-end setting
  • High volume restaurants background generating more than $4 million annually
  • Skilled at team development, training, and operational leadership
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and floor presence

Polished Restaurant Assistant General Manager RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the General Manager to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Lead service and hospitality standards to create memorable dining experiences
  • Develop team members through coaching and consistent training
  • Drive performance while upholding brand and quality expectations
