Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Design Leader to oversee their Mixed Use design studio.

Architectural Studio Design Leader Benefits and Compensation

Hybrid position
Base salary of $130 – 160k
Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
PTO, Vacation

Architectural Studio Design Leader Responsibilities

Oversee the Design Studio for the client's Mixed Use Practice including architects and project managers
Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
Review financial reports and utilize the data for evaluating positive performance and identify areas for improvement

Architectural Studio Design Leader Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Must be a registered Architect
15+ years architectural design experience (must have Mixed Use experience)
2+ years of management experience
Possess code knowledge and ensure team has incorporated permitting requirements into the deliverables
Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
Basic knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED, Well, EnergyStar guidelines
Proficiency in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
