Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Design Leader to oversee their Mixed Use design studio.
Architectural Studio Design Leader Benefits and Compensation
- Hybrid position
- Base salary of $130 – 160k

Architectural Studio Design Leader Responsibilities
- Oversee the Design Studio for the client's Mixed Use Practice including architects and project managers
- Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
- Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
- Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
- Review financial reports and utilize the data for evaluating positive performance and identify areas for improvement
Architectural Studio Design Leader Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Must be a registered Architect
- 15+ years architectural design experience (must have Mixed Use experience)
- 2+ years of management experience
- Possess code knowledge and ensure team has incorporated permitting requirements into the deliverables
- Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
- Basic knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED, Well, EnergyStar guidelines
- Proficiency in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
