We are looking for a highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to manage a thriving fast-casual concept with this emerging brand. Excellent quality of life, 40-45 hours! If you have the energy and enthusiasm to represent an exciting brand, we want to speak to you today.

What we need:

  • This is a Fast-casual restaurant concept looking for a passionate General Manager
  • Hands-on operators with a fast-casual or quality QSR background
  • Guest-centric leadership that has a passion for training and development of a team

What you need as a Restaurant General Manager:

  • 3+ years as a General Manager
  • Ability to handle a BUSY location and uphold brand standards
  • Experience with quality fast-casual brand or similar concept
  • Understanding of restaurant financials and experience with full P&L control

Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • General Managers enjoy an excellent quality of life, working only 40-45 hours, 5 days.
  • Strong compensation for the scope of work, base in the $60K range, quarterly profit share gets you to $70K+ in total comp!
