Client Service Executive – Property & Casualty (Commercial Insurance)
Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | Exempt
We are hiring a Client Service Executive (CSE) with strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) commercial insurance to join a high-performing team in Atlanta. This P&C Client Service Executive role is ideal for an experienced commercial lines insurance professional who thrives in client account management, insurance renewals, risk analysis, and strategic account growth.
The Client Service Executive – Property & Casualty will oversee complex commercial insurance accounts, lead renewal strategy, manage client relationships, and mentor internal team members. If you have a background in commercial insurance account management, Workers’ Compensation Experience Mod analysis, and P&C renewals, this opportunity offers strong long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities – Client Service Executive (P&C Commercial Insurance)
Commercial Insurance Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of complex Property & Casualty commercial insurance accounts
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial insurance clients
- Oversee billing, account reports, and aged receivables
- Ensure compliance with insurance documentation and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with producers and internal teams on client strategy
- Provide leadership and oversight to Client Service Associates and Assistants
Insurance Renewals & New Business Strategy
- Lead pre-renewal strategy meetings for commercial insurance clients
- Independently handle commercial P&C renewal presentations
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums for new and renewal accounts
- Conduct Workers’ Compensation Experience Mod forecasting and analysis
- Prepare benchmarking, budgeting, and stewardship reports
- Ensure all commercial insurance service timelines and renewal deadlines are met
Leadership & Mentorship in Commercial Lines Insurance
- Mentor junior insurance professionals and client service staff
- Provide training on insurance coverage, endorsements, and procedures
- Stay current on commercial insurance market trends and emerging risks
- Participate in continuing education and pursue advanced P&C designations
Qualifications – P&C Client Service Executive
- 6+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) commercial insurance
- Active Property & Casualty Agent’s License
- Strong background in commercial lines account management
- Experience managing complex insurance renewals
- Proficiency in Workers’ Compensation Experience Mod analysis
- Strong negotiation skills within commercial insurance markets
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
