Store Manager – New York City

An internationally recognized European women’s fashion brand is seeking an entrepreneurial store manager to open and lead its flagship New York location. Store Manager – Benefits & Compensation

Store Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of retail leadership experience in luxury or premium fashion
  • Strong understanding of the quiet luxury customer
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage KPIs
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a startup, growth-focused environment
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Shopify POS experience preferred
  • Availability for weekends and a 40-hour work week

Store Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with Shopify POS
  • Passion for fashion and craftsmanship
  • Motivated by performance-based incentives

Store Manager – Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Drive top-line sales growth and store profitability for the U.S. flagship
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a client-focused sales team
  • Translate business strategy into daily sales goals and in-store execution
  • Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional clienteling and relationship building
  • Analyze KPIs and store performance metrics to optimize results
  • Oversee store operations, inventory planning, and expense control
  • Organize client events and support influencer activations
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an elevated client experience
