Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and mentor floor and bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
Assist the General Manager with ordering, inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Oversee daily floor operations with composure during high-volume service.
Manage the beverage program and eventually handle beverage ordering (excluding wine).
Maintain fine dining service standards and stepped service protocols.
Perform administrative tasks including Excel-based reporting and analysis.
Support the General Manager with additional duties to ensure smooth operations.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

3+ years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale-casual restaurant with full bar operations (wine, beer, spirits).
Fine dining servers or bartenders looking to transition into leadership are encouraged to apply.
Experience with upscale local or regional restaurant groups preferred.
Proven ability to stay calm and lead effectively during high-volume service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
Proficiency with Excel; financial reporting and inventory analysis experience preferred.
Passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional service.
Experience with Toast POS.
