Housekeeping Manager Benefits:
- Base salary between $60 – $70k depending on experience

Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or manager leading a diverse team
- Housekeeping experience in a hotel or institutional setting
- Hands-on, servant leadership style of management
- Ambitious and eager to grow your career in hospitality
- Experience with scheduling to a labor budget
- High level of attention to detail
Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the housekeeping team with integrity and consistency
- Schedule team members according to projected occupancy and budget
- Coordinate with other departments on room availability and engineering needs
- Assist in preparing the housekeeping budget
- Other duties as assigned
